Want to know what Yoga is all about? Or maybe you’ve already experienced some of the benefits that yoga offers. This workshop is for everyone from complete beginner to the experienced yogi! Join Kat from MunayKi Yoga for one hour on the mat as we visit some of the basic fundamentals of yoga – principles of alignment, breath work and yoga philosophy. We will be delving into the theory and the practical aspects of yoga as we take the time to connect our mind, body and spirit in a safe and non-judgemental environment.

Mats will be provided. However if you have your own, please bring it along.
