An opportunity to look at your health from a completely different angle, scrapping the dieting mentality and talking about how to figure out what works for you and your unique body type. In this workshop we will be taking a holistic look at nutrition, you will learn WHAT to eat for your unique body type, HOW to eat for optimal digestion, WHEN to eat to improve metabolic power and WHO you are being when you eat. This workshop is to give you the tools to get off the YOYO wagon, finally, get long term sustainable results and increase your overall energy levels.
