Former Executive Chef at Fremantle’s Bread in Common and before that at Balthazaar, Scott Brannigan is opening a new venture at the old heritage Coogee Hotel – Coogee Common – complete with a gianormous herb and vegetable garden which will produce for the restaurant. Scott is known for his commitment to fresh, seasonal produce, whilst also using techniques at hand from making cheese and charcuterie to preserving; creating menus that are modern and West Australian at heart.
