Simple stretches and strengthening exercises are important in reducing muscle pain. This series of 20 minute workshops will include a range of exercises that you can do at home to help reduce body aches and pains. Roll up on the Saturday to takepart in this free class and take home an info sheet so that you can continue to do these at home as well.
