String Symphony is a large-scale, interactive performance installation that uses puppetry to explore connection, community and collaboration.

Hand-woven using more than one kilometre of rope, the giant illuminated puppet is brought to life by twelve audience members in a mesmerising and visually stunning performance, enjoyed by all ages.

String Symphony has been created by renowned puppetry company, Spare Parts Puppet Theatre, with designer and puppet maker Leon Hendroff. The City of Joondalup was the key commissioning partner of String Symphony.”
