First Tae Kwon Do is one of the first Tae Kwon Do Dojangs and it teaches the original, non-competitive style of Tae Kwon Do, which emphasises practical self-defence skills and the physical / mental development of our members. Along with the benefits of learning self-defence skills, members who apply themselves diligently can also expect to develop increased fitness and good health, greater flexibility and strength, enhanced coordination and balance, improved concentration/mental focus and self discipline, enhanced self confidence, social etiquette and augmented threat assessment, as well as goal setting and achievement strategies.
