Yoga dance flow Class, is combining yoga inspired movement, mindful breathing and spontaneous movement to music helping people anchor their presence in the core of their bodies exploring spontaneity and joyous movement.
Starting with a short centering breath focused meditation, followed by some guided yoga inspired movement and then free dance and some connection exercises. The entire class will be done standing so no yoga mats needed chair optional for people with restricted mobility.
