Leading the charge at this year’s Fremantle Ports Community Lantern Parade, Dangerous Delights bring you the primal power of fire to excite, enthral and entertain.
The iconic roving light show will also feature handmade bamboo lanterns created by the incredible Noongar artist Sharyn Egan, alongside lanterns made by local artist Giovanni Sanjiva and our wonderful Cockburn Community, with Junkedelic and their one-of-a-kind instruments made of recycled materials bringing the beat.
Together with Junkadelic, Dangerous Delights are also in charge of getting the crowd fired up before the parade kicks into full swing, with a 20 minute warm up set starting at 7.10pm at the Endeavour Lawn. The parade will then set off on its winding journey through the Omeo Hub and down to the beach, coming to a spectacular finale at the Jetty at approximately 7.45pm.
Dangerous Delights is a Perth based performance troupe specialising in fire entertainment. They have over 15 years of fire entertainment experience having performed extensively throughout Western Australia, interstate and overseas.
