Bridget Seaton is a painter, printmaker, bookbinder and qualified art teacher. The Australian landscape is the inspiration behind all her work and she enjoys sharing her skills with people in the local community. Bridget is an experienced workshop facilitator and has been teaching adults and children since 2003. Her popular children’s after school classes give children an opportunity to express themselves with drawing, painting, printmaking and mixed media. In her adult classes she shares her appreciation of the landscape and expressive ways of working within this subject. Bridget makes all her own sketchbooks and note books, she loves sharing this skill and ancient craft in her bookbinding workshops . When she is not teaching she is busy at home creating in her home studio or out in the bush painting in her sketchbook. She regularly exhibits her work in both Perth and regional WA.
